ABOUT ME

Megan Gerber is an executive coach, leadership development facilitator, and speaker who helps leaders navigate complexity with greater self-awareness, clarity, and confidence. She works with executives, founders, and leadership teams who want to lead people effectively while balancing the very real pressures of growth, change, competing priorities, and the demands of everyday work.

Her approach is grounded in both research and lived experience. Megan holds a Master's degree in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin, where she studied leadership, organizational behavior, and human performance. She also spent nearly a decade building and leading organizations of her own, including founding Paper City Coffee and co-founding The Paper City Mentoring Project. Those experiences taught her that leadership is rarely about having all the answers. It's about developing the awareness, discernment, and courage to navigate uncertainty while bringing out the best in others.

Today, Megan partners with leaders across the corporate, nonprofit, education, and small business sectors through coaching, workshops, and keynote presentations. Her work blends evidence-based leadership principles with practical tools leaders can use immediately to improve communication, strengthen relationships, make better decisions, and build healthier workplace cultures.

Compassion and accountability can co-exist.
